Shipping, Refunds and Returns info

Shipping

All domestic sales will be shipped via courier or tracked post. All international sales will be shipped via DHL Express.

Please allow up to 7 days from date of order to dispatch.

Shipping time may vary depending on buyer's location. 5-10 days for shipping within Australia.

All items will be packed in a manner which best reduces risk of damage during transit.

Please inspect your Duncan Meerding Design upon arrival for any damage which may have occured during transit.

Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

In the case of a faulty item or damage to goods during transit, a replacement will be issued.

A refund may be given in the case of a faulty or damaged item, at the seller's discretion.
